We’re Tim and Dee—a Colorado-native couple with a big love for animals and a passion for helping pet owners spend more time enjoying their furry friends. Our mission is simple: we handle the dirty work so you can focus on the moments that matter most.
About Dee Ann
Dee grew up in Boulder and has spent more than 30 years building relationships in Colorado—over 25 years as a Realtor in Northern Colorado and decades in the furniture industry, where she earned national recognition. A lifelong animal lover, she grew up with horses, competing in three-day eventing, and she’s never been without a four-legged friend by her side.
Beyond business, Dee has a heart for giving back. She regularly volunteers with local shelters and is proud to support the NoCo Humane Society through sponsorships and community events. Whether it’s helping with adoptions, sponsoring fundraisers, or rolling up her sleeves at events, she’s passionate about improving the lives of animals across Northern Colorado.
About Tim
Tim was raised on a farm north of Windsor, where he learned hard work and compassion for animals at an early age. He proudly served in the Marines from 1984–1997, later retiring from UPS in the Seattle area before returning home to Colorado in 2010. His dedication to service, animals, and community is the foundation of SH!T-B-GON.
Our Family
Together, we share a blended family of four daughters and one son, with our youngest just headed off to college. Since meeting in 2018, we’ve been inseparable—brought together by our love of animals and a shared desire to make a difference.
At home, life is full of wagging tails. Hawk, our wise old Lab mix rescue, is nearly 13. Harley, our spirited 6-year-old Border Collie, always has something to say. And Hank, our energetic 1.5-year-old Dachshund, keeps everyone on their toes—especially when there’s a squirrel in the yard!
Why We Do This
Tim started SH!T-B-GON so pet owners could focus on the joy of having dogs without the hassle of cleanup. We understand how much pets mean to your family, because ours mean the world to us.
For us, this is about more than clean yards—it’s about happy pets, happy owners, and a cleaner, stronger community. Through our work, volunteering, and sponsorship of the NoCo Humane Society, we’re committed to giving back and making Northern Colorado a better place for pets and the people who love them.
