Gates must be unlocked or accessible on service day.
🧤 Yard Conditions

Yard must be accessible (clear of excessive debris, snow, ice, etc.)
📐 Yard Size & Terrain

Pricing is based on 1/4 acre or less of flat, grassy yard

Larger properties, hilly terrain, or difficult surfaces (rock, mulch, bark, dense shrubbery, etc.) may incur additional service charges.

All additional costs will be discussed and approved during your first visit — no surprise fees!
🚫 Missed Services

If we cannot access your yard due to locked gates, obstructions, or safety issues, the visit is still chargeable.
